I arrived quite a bit early for my appointment & my assigned service advisor was unavailable. Kemar stepped in & got my car in. He said it would be about an hour 45 minutes & I got notified in just ove assigned service advisor was unavailable. Kemar stepped in & got my car in. He said it would be about an hour 45 minutes & I got notified in just over hour that my Jeep was done. I was home before my original appointment which was great! He even brought the vehicle thru the car wash. Very happy with Kemar’s customer service. More
