Unhappy Sales Experience I went to the dealership to test drive a New Nissan Rogue. I liked the car however I had a few issues after the test drive from two weeks ago. I still haven't gotten the trasde in amouint of my vcar, I emailed the sales rep later that day with a few question and no response back, I emailed the Sales Manager about my visit and displeasure with the process and no response back and I also emailed the BDC rep I spoke with to set up the appointment and nothing either. Also I was given a test drive gift card voucher which hasn't been processed yet. Suposivley they havea better reptutation than some of the Nissan dealers around me but I don't think so. More
Jeep Service you have always wanted but probably never had I haven’t bought all my Jeep’s here, but they all come here for service. All I can say is Exec Jeep in North Haven, CT really gets it. It’s way out of my way, but I drive past the dealer service in my town, and bring all my Jeeps to Executive. They are fast, they are competent, and they care. They actually WANT you to return for service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable... they have WiFi, 2 tv’s, snacks and free coffee. I can’t speak to vehicle pricing here... but service is top shelf. Worth going out of your way for in my opinion. My service advisor was Alberto. He found out that they were down 2 Jeep mechanics and it was going to take longer than they estimated. Without missing a beat, he had a nice loaner warmed up and waiting for me... I didn’t even have to ask. He said it was going to be late afternoon when the car would be ready... they finished it in half the time. THAT’S good service. As long as I’m somewhat nearby... I will ALWAYS come here with my Jeeps. It’s way out of my way , but TOTALLY a worth it. More

Alberto was helpful and informative, had my vehicle ready when promised. Took care of making sure repair was covered by warranty, and then had my vehicle washed for me!!
