I have done three different vehicles through Executive, 3 leases and 1 purchase. There is an incredible high turnover rate on the business office/sales side. Service department seems more stable. My car was in their shop for two weeks before even being diagnosed, even as the service specialist kept telling me it would just be a day or two. Every time I inquired they told me it would just be another diagnosed, even as the service specialist kept telling me it would just be a day or two. Every time I inquired they told me it would just be another day or two--but never reached out to update me. I emailed the manager who told me that he would follow up personally and he never did.
