Completely was ignored about my preferences and needs as a first time buyer. Several team members were upset that I got my own financing and didn’t want to take the car off the lot on the very first day bec a first time buyer. Several team members were upset that I got my own financing and didn’t want to take the car off the lot on the very first day because it wasn’t washed. They literally told me the certified preowned vehicle was just dropped off the day before so they hadn’t gotten to cleaning it up yet. I was totally fine with that for the test drive but not taking it home day 1 without any maintenance done. Then several of my appointments were canceled leading up to the final day of signing off on everything due to Ariana not having all the correct paperwork in advance. I was somehow blamed for this when I told them I was in no rush at all I just wanted my first car buying experience to be smooth not quick but they were in a rush to try to get the sale in before the month ended in 5 days. When I picked it up on the final day I was not give the spare key because they told me I had to schedule a service appointment for it to get it copied but then when I attempted to do this the service dept told me that’s not how it works. So never got that. And when the car was ready the sales team just told me to find it in the front and never said anything else to me again. They also incorrectly inputted my contact info into the system even after I requested corrections the day I signed the paperwork and saw they had everything wrong. They said they would do so and so I signed everything but they never did, so any correspondence I’m meant to get goes to a stranger that can just claim my info. I’ve been reached out to by this stranger several times complaining about how they email and text them for my stuff but they won’t make the correction to this day. Two people have since been removed from the dealership. More
