Sold car from under us after agreed price, BOS We contacted Dennis the "manager" about a 2017 Porsche Macan Turbo on 1/30/2020. We told him we would be flying from out of state to purchase and he assured us that would fine. We agreed on a price and he sent us a SIGNED bill of sale with the agreed price. Trusting him, we booked a plane ticket, got pre-approval through USAA and an insurance quote. He called us on 2/1/2020 and told us he had sold the vehicle to someone else. Now, we have a hit on our credit and a useless plane ticket because we put our faith in this dealership's word. Although we have a signed bill of sale with their header and signature they will not honor their price. I urge you to carefully consider this review before doing business with these snakes. They lived up to every used car salesman stereotype. More

In my 35 years of car shopping/buying/selling (roughly 20 cars), I have never gotten the quality of service, clarity and responsiveness I received from EMC. I let them know I was looking and shared some ideas about what I had in mind (car & price). They explained what they had and provided all the info I needed. The car was exactly as explained, no surprises, and no games. We agreed it was the right car for me and they gave me a great price. In fact, they offered to help me find a set of snow tires and rims for the Chicago weather. They did not have to do this and they went above and beyond. I would recommend any serious car buyer to check with them. They know their cars, they know the business and are straight forward when answering questions.
