I do an online chat and are told...someone will get back to you. Four hours later, nothing, again online scheduler error, another online chat complaining. I call the service manager and leave a voice mail. I do a contact us on the website and email my experience! It should not be this hard to get an oil change after buying a vehicle. The next day Dominique calls me and I get everything straightened out. She gave me an appointment the next day. I dealt with Jason, great service. More
