Executive Honda brings incompetence to a whole new level Had a car repaired at Executive Honda after getting rear ended. After the first visit upon driving the car home we notice that the break lights were n Had a car repaired at Executive Honda after getting rear ended. After the first visit upon driving the car home we notice that the break lights were not working. I mean come on it takes 2 and a half seconds to depress the breaks to see if they are working. I was so pissed that they allowed my wife on the road in such dangerous and illegal conditions. Took two more attempts just to get that fixed. After a month, and a lot rain, we notice the carpets were soaked. Come to find out they put the hatch on incorrectly which cause rain to leak, go into the tire well, under the back seat and flood the carpet. There had to be 3-4 gallons of water in the car. After 6 more attempts (oh we repair it, it would rain again, oh we repair it again) and the fact that they left puddles IN the car, I had to threaten to sue before they would remove the carpet. Finally after removing the carpet they found more water pooling under the carpet. We just finally got the car back after 7 days. We will see if it is fixed this time. We sensed the excitment in his voice when he was showing us all the features of the new car. He was patient, confident and funny. We had a very pleasant experience with Chris DeLuca, who took care of the financial end also. He was also very professional, but, kept the experience light and Informative. This was not the first time buying a Honda CRV from this dealer (also brand new.) Our 1st CRV is a 2007, has been maintained by Executive Honda for 10 years. It still runs as well as it did the day we bought it. To sum it all up, this dealer has not disappointed us yet. Best Dealership I've Ever Worked With! I heard mixed reviews about Executive Honda, but decided to give them a chance - and I am so happy I did. I sent an internet inquiry in on a specific vehicle and Amber was so helpful in setting up my appointment. It was confirmed by Danielle who was also very friendly and helpful throughout my experience. Khaled was my Sales Consultant and it was a perfect match. From the test drive to walking out to my new car he answered every question and went above and beyond. He is funny, easy to work with and made the process not as stressful as it could have been. The vehicle I ended up purchasing had an excessive amount of scratches when I first looked at it and I was not happy with it and would have walked away; but Khaled and the Used Car Sales Manager asked me to give them a chance to wet sand the vehicle and get the scratches out. I gave them that chance, and they worked a miracle - the car is gorgeous. Steve went above and beyond to get the car financed at a reasonable rate for something I could realistically afford. He even called me after business hours to go over some stuff. I can't say enough about how happy I am with Executive Honda and my CR-V buying experience. There was only one negative, my gas light turned on within driving a few miles from the dealership, with all the excitement I forgot to check the gas level and it was on empty. Regardless, I would highly recommend them! Thank you to the entire team! More
