Great experience, Great service!!! My wife and I bought a Honda Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Civic. We came in at around 4:00 PM on a Saturday, with the vehicle already picked out.. Rex Bilachie did our initial paperwork, and worked with my wife when she first went to see the car. He also got our car ready to be taken that day, which we hadn't really expected. He is a gentleman, and a very pleasant salesman. Great service! Christopher Deluca went through the Financing with us, and was very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys his job. He was able to get our payments down to where we were comfortable with the amount. More Great service! I think almost everyone there offered us coffee or water, whenever we were waiting. The whole experience ended up taking 2.5 hours, and they stayed 1/2 an hour past closing to get us on our way with our new Civic. They were very accommodating, and helpful during the entire process, which was pleasant all around. Thanks Rex and Chris, and Executive Honda! More

Pleasant, straightforward experience. I found a car on their website that interested me and was able to find it on the lot and take a look without a salesperson descening on me. I went inside and was connected with Rej, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained Executive's process. They now have a "no hassle" policy, meaning they have already priced the car fairly and don't really negotiate (similar to CarMax). I confirmed this through my own research, and as promised, they gave me a very fair offer for my trade in. Once I agreed to buy the car I met with Chris who handled the financial aspect of the deal. He secured a good financing plan and arranged for a very fair extended warrenty. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with. I am very happy with the experience. More

They do have a "no haggle" policy that you should be aware of going in, but I thought that they dealt with me very fairly and was pleased with the offer that they made for my trade in. The only complaint that I could make would be that you expect a full tank of gas when you come in to pick up your vehicle and mine only had a quarter tank. But I didn't specify, so maybe that was my fault. More
