I have interacted many times with the service department and always found them to reliable. Some of the visits were planned while others were of a more dire nature. Each and every time I found the service manager Joe Chapman and his staff to be attentive to my needs and always ready to resolve my dilemma. When service was planned I took the time to comparison shop to assure I was receiving a comparable deal. Others were slightly less expensive but I never felt they had the professional expertise and standards I have come to expect here. More
