This was the only "best-price first" dealership I worked with, which can either be good or bad depending on your personality and drive for haggling the "best deal". I finally purchased through Executive because they had a car that fit what I was looking for at the right price. My sales associate, Rej Bilache, was pleasant, straightforward, and patient with my questions. Unfortunately, I experienced rude service; not once, but repeatedly from several people, including the ser This rating is for the service department. Unfortunately, I experienced rude service; not once, but repeatedly from several people, including the service manager. Seems as they are so busy that are fed up with their clients. I never expected from a Honda dealership. A while back I called this dealer to set up an appointment for a Honda recall service. The answer was: "we don't have parts and we won't for a long time; call us back". You would think they would follow up. Nope. Ok, called back 3 weeks ago. Was told "No parts in stock; we will place an order and we will contact you when we get the parts". The Agent was super dry, no ETA of any kind, or any follow up. Waiting, waiting and driving unsafe car. 2+ weeks later I called again and speaking to one of the reps. Basically, she is telling "why you bother calling us; we told you we will call you when parts arrive". I say: “I want to know the ETA”, so now speaking to a Service manager. Now, all of the sudden he is looking for my vehicle ID# to verify which parts I needed. I don't believe they don't have that information in the system and why would they not ask that question before. So, I figure no one even checked or ordered part in the first place. Go figure, parts are in stock and probably were there from day one. He asked me: “who did I speak to”; I say "I didn't take the name" and his reply: "Well, we have so many people here, how am I supposed to check". More
