Terrible Service Took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee there for service, and for the second time, the car was not ready when promised. I called multiple times throughout Took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee there for service, and for the second time, the car was not ready when promised. I called multiple times throughout the day to check the status of the vehicle, and was promised a call back, and never received one. It took me going down there for them to tell me the car might be available the following day. The previous time I dropped by car off, they had it for a week while I was out of town, and when I stopped in to pick it up, I was told one of the employees had taken it home to test drive it (with my permission) and he had not arrived yet for his shift. This was after I had called the previous 3 days to ensure it was going to be there for the start of that day. On both occasions, I was not offered alternative transportation or accommodations, and was forced to take cabs back and forth to work. The service members are insensitive, uninformed, and lack any concern for their customers. This will be the last time I bring my car here for service, and will certainly not be purchasing my next Jeep from this location. Proceed with extreme caution when dealing with any one from the service dept as they are misinformed and very unwilling to help. More
