My purchase was no hassle and actually a pleasant experience. It's only the second time I left a dealership feeling good about a purchase. The service team is exceptional. As a dedicated customer, I receive discounts and coupons that keep my service checks in line cost wise with competitors, and I have certified Dodge mechanics working on my vehicle. In 16 years, the Service Department at Executive Dodge has never let me down. Scheduling is easy, the customer waiting area is comfortable, free coffee and wifi, and whenever I wander out to the showroom the sales team is always cool and willing to share their product knowledge. I know this review may sound like I actually work for my friends at Executive Dodge, but I'm just a local Wallingford customer who is greatful for good service at fair prices. Outstanding & Effecient Service Recieved The main reason for the service visit was to take care of a safety recall but since I had to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee in the shop I decided to have The main reason for the service visit was to take care of a safety recall but since I had to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee in the shop I decided to have some standard/basic service items also taken care of (Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and Drive Train Inspection). The service department was very friendly and helpful; service with a smile. I worked with Service Advisor Alberto for this visit. I decided to wait for the service to be completed. The Customer waiting area was very comfortable and I was able to get some work done while I waited. Also while I waited I decided to look for some accessory parts for my Jeep that I had been thinking about. The Parts Manager Pam was very helpful and I found what I was looking for. They had the parts in stock so I purchased them and had it installed while the other work was being done. I left from this visit with everything (and more) done to my Jeep and it was done in less time than their original estimate was on how long it would take. Very satisfied and very happy - I will be back. More
