Suprising I did not feel that I got the full Five Star experience as I have at other dealerships. I believe that the Service Department was very helpful in getting my vehicle fixed when I did not have an appointment. However the attitude or knowledge of the vehicles and what was accomplished was average. I am not saying that the Service writers should be experts, they should be knowledgeable on the topics enough to be able to explain to the customers adequately. As I myself am in Customer Service, I have higher then normal expectations. More

Service is Excellent I came in for an oil change and left with several items repaired, tuned and more preventative measures taken than planned. Several of these were nee I came in for an oil change and left with several items repaired, tuned and more preventative measures taken than planned. Several of these were needed maintenance items and one purely preventative. All could easily have been declined but Executive Dodge Service was able to do the work at the same appointment without my needing to come back and schedule for a different date. I did decline to do one preventative job but as its preventative and not required I elected to do it at another time. More
