The heavy duty truck buying situation is quite difficult these days due to lack of inventory and long wait times on special orders. My salesman Rich was helpful from my first phone call through to the final delivery. He communicated regularly via phone and email to help me gather all the necessary paperwork before I made the drive and even arranged for my truck to be detailed and ready by the time I arrived. Thank you to Rich, Miranda, and the whole Executive team. I appreciate their process and never felt uncomfortably pressured or rushed throughout the deal. More

Very poor experience. Ordered a Rubicon with them and they never update anything. I try to call but doesn't even respond and always gors to voicemail. If I'm paying 60 grand for a car then they should be updating every 3-4 days. I heard other dealership provide status with how their build is going on, sent them pictures. This dealership is the worst. Probably because I chose to finance with a third party and not with their clients. Worst customer service ever experienced. More

I don't have a problem with the dealership I have bought many Jeeps at this dealership before and I never had a problem but I never least before . I have a problem with my salesman Mark twisting his word many Jeeps at this dealership before and I never had a problem but I never least before . I have a problem with my salesman Mark twisting his words and making me think that I getting a xxxx of a deal on the phone. I'm very disappointed I've been going there for years this is the first time I felt when I left. I got screwed. I will never lease again because when you pay off your lease they tell you not to worry about the remaining payments that you have. They don't tell you Because they added to the bottom line so you're still paying for it. I guess it's a little trick that they play on you. Just be aware. I'm a senior citizen I really didn't understand. I will never lease again ..I definitely will never go to that salesman Mark again. I left there feeling that I got screwed also paying for a warranty that I did know about because now that I've a vehicle it's called used and it doesn't come with a warranty that was an extra $2,500 then they said I need an oil change and I needed my tires rotated a registration Etc . So I walked out of their spending way more than I expected. I'm very disappointed. More
