outstanding service! I worked with Frank and he was fantastic! Never once did I have to feel I was on the defensive, he was laid back showed me what I wanted to see and a couple other cars and was a perfect gentleman. This was the first time ever that I was car shopping with a salesman who wasn't pushy and rude. I will reccomending Executive and Franknto everyone I know. More

Great buying experience! I am incredibly satisfied with my recent purchase from Executive Dodge and Jeep. I had specific concerns regarding the first pre-owned Jeep I looked at, but the sales staff (Mike Z.) listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. At the end of the day, I was able to walk away with a brand new Jeep within my budget. I really feel like all the staff there genuinely care about their customers. This is definitely a relief coming from a BMW dealership that could care less about any customer or their business. I made the right choice in coming to Executive Dodge and Jeep and will continue to refer friends and family. Thank you for making this car buying experience an easy one! More
Sells junk! I purchased a used ford from them after my jeep accident. Or was the only car on the lot in my price range. As a single mom I need to know I can put a roof over our heads and have reliable transportation to and from work. I didn't even have the car 9 days and it was in their shop for 5 weeks! Luckily I fought and the rental was paid for by them bc my extended warranty wasn't in effect yet. And now again today the car just dies on me while I'm driving. With my 2 yr daughter in the car on a humid 85 degree day. And now my warranty is in effect but rentals are not covered until it's diagnosed. So here im missing work and have to pay to have it towed from.Middletown to saybrook. This place is not selling reliable cars. They could careless what they are selling as long as the crap is leaving the lot and the money is in there pocket and im stuck with the bill. I do not recomemed this place to anyone. More
June 2015 Review A+ 98/100 Short version: I recommend this dealership and I would ask for Mike Z. as I was happy with him as my salesperson. I also really liked their finance guy Chris (if I recall correctly). In my experience their no-haggle pricing is very competitive and their process for paperwork and delivery is quick and efficient. Their parts guy was also very friendly when I asked Mike to bring me there for some touch-up paint and an oil filter. Long version: I owned an 07 Tundra that I loved. Decided to look around for a new truck but the 15 Tundra is basically the same as the 07. Tried the Silverado, didn't like it. Test drove the RAM at Robert's Dodge and loved it. However, the RAM at Robert's Dodge was a November build date and I didn't feel like the deal was very competitive considering it had been on the lot 7 months and sales were slow there. They didn't really seem to care about my business. In fact I asked the salesperson some questions and he said he wouldn't answer until two days later because he had the day off. In this day and age a good salesperson, working on commission, takes a few minutes to answer questions on her/his day off. I looked online and saw basically the same truck at Executive and felt I would give them a try. I used the online service and Tara helped me out and I drove down. I met Mike, took the truck for a test-drive, they gave me an out-the-door price (they are a one-price no haggle dealership) and an amount on my trade. Both Roberts and Executive offered me $15.5k for my Tundra which I felt was fair. I told them I would consider it and left. Within moments of me leaving, Mike called and said they would offer me another $500 for my trade to earn my business. The next day I asked to use the truck to ensure it fit in my garage. Mike had it detailed and ready and sure enough, it fit and I came back and completed the purchase. Ultimately the out-the-door price with Executive was $1300 cheaper than Roberts and all I gave up were step-rails and 4 speakers (yet got the regular and not short bed) so I found it to be very competitive. The paperwork and process was quick and easy and I never felt pressure or any tricks* that many dealers try to play. The manager (Mr Gallant?) also checked in to ensure Mike was taking care of me, a nice touch. Mike hooked up my Spotify to the UConnect, took a picture of me with my old friend the Tundra and off I went. *I deducted 2 points for the following: -1 They still hit me with the notorious "VIN etching". Since it was preprinted on the invoice and it was the only "bologna" they added, I quietly agreed but please know as a consumer you can always tell them to scratch that off. I didn't ask because I didn't want the hassle of waiting for redone paperwork and I had brought a check for the exact amount. I understand dealers are a business and they are there to make a profit, but the VIN etching is shady because you can do it yourself for $30-$40 if you really wanted it. -1 The truck, as ready to be delivered, needed a front-end alignment. I had to ask them for this rather than them catching it ahead of time. Some may say a small thing, but as I'm paying $40,000 for a product I should expect it to be aligned. Overall, I would refer Executive Dodge to a friend and would buy another car from Mike and this dealership. I do believe their one-price policy to be competitive so you can feel comfortable you are being offered a fair price without the fight. More

Great Service & Cars I have never bought or leased a car before and the only time I have ever even been to a car dealership was with my mom for her car at hyundai. At hyundai, they took forever, wouldnt give a straight answer and seemed like they didnt care what the customer wanted. They sold my mom a car that later had so many issues that she had to get a different car and trade the one she had for less than a year back in. Anyways, I was going into the dodge jeep dealership thinking that it was going to be a pain in the butt process and that who knew what I would come out with. I walked in and met the man that I had been corresponding with online named Steve who was the manager or something who then introduced me to Michael Zygmunt who was the sales person that would be helping me out. This guy was amazing at his job! Nicest car salesman I've ever met. He made the whole process super fast and even put up with my stupid questions (because i know nothing about cars) and gave me all the information I needed. And, not to mention, that i LOVE the car I'm leasing. Its a great quality vehicle and I'm so happy with all the help that Mike gave me to get me into this awesome car!! I even had a minor issue with my car and they took it in to the garage and Mike helped me get into another car while they work on mine (its a window issue, nothing big wrong). Anyways, a huge thank you to Michael Zygmunt & Executive Dodge Jeep in wallingford!!!!!! Definitely recommend that everyone go there and ask for this sales guy because my experience was fabulous!
