excellent car buying experience I had a 2015 Jeep Cherokee (purchased new from this dealership) and I was looking to upgrade to a white Jeep Grand Cherokee. My husband and I began t I had a 2015 Jeep Cherokee (purchased new from this dealership) and I was looking to upgrade to a white Jeep Grand Cherokee. My husband and I began the search in November. I was open to buying used and/or leasing. I wasn't in a "rush" to buy. Our sales specialist was Marc Conlan. He was EXCELLENT from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted and we test drove. He worked some numbers for us and my husband and I decided that we would wait. Marc knew that we would be back when the time was right. I was so impressed that he did not hound us and pressure us! That would make for an unpleasant experience and chances are make us not go back. Fast forward to February and I saw an ad in the local Sunday paper about leasing. I sent and email and the internet sales manager Chris Andrews responded. I told him I had worked with Marc back in November. He said he would give our info to Marc. Sure enough, Marc responded with a link to a jeep he thought I would like. And yes! It is the jeep I now have! See? He knew EXACTLY what I wanted. And if you're wondering it is a 2018 white Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. LOVE IT! I should mention that the actual leasing experience was so easy too! We first met with Marc and went over to service to schedule the first service appointment. We then met with CJ Smith, the sales manager, to take care of paperwork. He too was a pleasure to work with! I always felt that they valued my time and all worked together to expedite the process. Thank you everyone else I may have failed to mention! But a special thank you to Marc Conlan!!! More
