Commercial vehicle purchase. Aside from a few hiccups with the time frame of my upfit I had a great buying experience. I needed a custom upfit and looked to many dealerships in NY an CT. I work in NY and Live on the border of both states and travelled to Wallingford. Rich at Executive was the only salesperson who listened to what I wanted and answered my questions about what wheel length van I needed ( not by being a know it all agressive sales man) but by taking the time to actually measure my equipment and tools and go over what I needed and where. He spent over an hr and a half on this. My upfit had some issues with time of completion but my upfit was AMAZING. The upfit involved seceral custom stages and came out beautifully. Rich truly wanted me to have the truck I wanted and took the time to get that done for me. Despite any hiccups everything went well and turned out fantastic. I highly recommend seeing Rich if you need a simple upfit to a custom upfit. He will get the job done. More
