I am very pleased with my recent interaction with Executive Chevrolet at your Wallingford location. From scheduling my appointment, to picking up my Silverado, I was very impressed. During my check-in my truck was already put into the shop and started to be worked on. I was contacted by Max Pieper later the same day with updates on how the repairs were going, and some additional repairs that were needed. Mr Pieper sent me daily updates on the progress of the repairs via email, and kept me up to date on the cost of the repairs. Mr Pieper also kept me up to date on when my vehicle would be ready. Not once did I need to call to get an update on how the work was progressing. When I went to pick up my truck, your service desk personnel went over everything that had been done, and explained what had been done, and why.
