Was in contact with service rep Monday morning who explained what they were going to do, (diagnostic on my power issue, oil change, tire rotation) and contacted me back a few hours later explaining th explained what they were going to do, (diagnostic on my power issue, oil change, tire rotation) and contacted me back a few hours later explaining the problem.. I asked if the vehicle would be ready on Monday and was told I would be contacted. Tuesday morning I called and was told it had been completed on Monday and that a msg was left on my phone. I received no msg on Monday. As I had a rental during this time I kept the vehicle an extra day as I want notified of the completion by the service dept, an added expense for me. More

Very happy I came in to Executive Chevrolet! I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they found that I had an oil leak. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain to m I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they found that I had an oil leak.
