Good Afternoon, We apologize the visit did not go as planned. Aftermarket upfits placed on vehicles, can and will void warranty coverages. The upfit lift package, can fail different factory suspension and steering components. Unfortunately, in these circumstances, warranty coverage is not applicable. We are sorry this was not the outcome desired, but as a dealer, we are required to comply with the process and procedures, set forth by the manufacturer's dealer agreement.
