They had my car for 2 weeks to “clean the gas tank”, told me 4 different times that my car would be ready in 2 days. Told me they would communicate with my insurance company and didn’t after they sent them a me 4 different times that my car would be ready in 2 days. Finally after telling me my car would be ready Monday morning, I waited until 1:30 to call and was told that I wouldn’t be able to pick my car up via a text after was told I would receive a call back. Then when I called back I was told it was miscommunication and I would have my car by 5pm Throughout this processI was told the tech thought it was good after day 2, then days later was told the tech hadn’t taken the tank off yet and didn’t think I was in good shape, then that same evening was told the tech thought I was good. I was told “you know how it is, we can’t get to your car because sometimes we have waiters that we need to get out of here”. I pushed where my car was once and he actually said to me “well sir, you can’t expect us to commit insurance fraud”. What an absurd statement, I just wanted to know details on my car, I wanted a diagnosis so I could start figuring out with my insurance company the options. I can keep rambling, but overall this was a horrible experience. I would do whatever I could to not have to go back. I have purchased 4 cars through the dealership in 4 years and will not going forward. I will say that once I dealt with Max on the last day, I did receive my car within a couple hours after the confusion was cleared up. More
