When I was ready to make my purchase I asked for Mr. Allen specifically because of his excellent customer service . He was able to work with me on getting the desired payments for my Infiniti Q50. He answered all of my questions , presented me with facts and made me feel at ease when making my decisions. He kept us notified about how much time we would have to wait for the finance department and even took a picture of us and our new purchase. The only negative was the wait for finance and i am still waiting for the maintenance department to schedule me for some minor repairs, but overall the whole experience was worthy of recommending to a family member or friend. They just money hungry I brought a car from here 2 yrs ago and I was pretty satisfied so I came back this year. Im just not happy with their customer service at all. I brought my car with cash so i thought purchasing a protection would be smart idea well how about the finance guy didn't know what he was doing but kept saying just leave your down payment uhh no something just seems fishy with that. It's only been a month since I had the car and its $2000 worth of things I have to get fixed already.smdh The brakes was messed up when I bought the car but the service guy insisted it was a sensor that's why the brake sign was on but i knew it was the brakes. So supposedly the service guy was suppose to call me when the sensor came in but I never received a call remind you this is the first week of me purchasing the car. I could go on and on about my salesmen but u get the picture I won't ever use this place again and I will not recommend it to anyone. You guys over at exclusive need to humble yourselves, i know y'all have a bigger and better spot but aiming to please your customer, and having good customer service is way more important. More
