The dealership was very clean and has a variety of high quality cars that are adequately priced. The staff is professional and family oriented. However, Not too pleased with dealership transferring the cos quality cars that are adequately priced. The staff is professional and family oriented. However, Not too pleased with dealership transferring the cost of the 10-year/100k warranty to customer. I was not very happy that there is no room for negotiation or no discount offered if I was not financing through dealership and manager offered little-to-nothing of a discount i decided to finance through dealership’s banks. Outstanding Dealership Ever since I purchase my Cadillac XTS from this dealership almost a year ago next month from Mr Terry Hart. I have received nothing but outstanding Ever since I purchase my Cadillac XTS from this dealership almost a year ago next month from Mr Terry Hart. I have received nothing but outstanding service from my him as well as the service techs on duty. I bring my car for its schedule oil changes and my car always comes out clean and shining like it just came off the show room floor. I constantly receive compliments on my car wherever I go. I usually don't take my cars to the dealership but even after my free oil changes are up. I will continually bring my car here to be check out and service. The staff are friendly and always asking are you being taken care of. I have told all of my friends about them ,But unfortunately most of my family and friends live out of the area. I still tell them ,If they ever are in need of a vehicle ,a nice classy ride..Exclusive Motors is where they need to go. I know for sure when I pay my Cadillac off by the end of next year I will be searching for my dream car The Range Rover HSE White with Cream Interior. More
