I brought my dream truck from Kenny Pittrell. I didn’t think I would be able to get it. He walked me through everything I needed to do, explained everything he was going to do, then I got my truc I didn’t think I would be able to get it. Placed a deposit on a car and was told that after the 3 days, the deposit would be refunded to my card within 5 business days. Its been over a month and I still have not received my money. I called the dea days, the deposit would be refunded to my card within 5 business days. Its been over a month and I still have not received my money. I called the dealership a few times and no one was helpful on resolving this issue and I was forced to file a dispute with my card. Not to mention, when you find a car you like, they add an almost $4,000 "certification fee" to inspect the car and fix any issues, but disguise it as the powertrain warranty. More

Sales team is ok. The service team not so much. I am not sure where the disconnect is but I have lost count of how many times I have been inconvenienced by Exclusive. The service team not so much. I have paid out of pocket for a rental because the they couldn't fix the coolant leak Range Rover I bought from them. When they agreed for a dealer local to me to fix it... they drag thier feet on approval! Now my anniversary weekend is ruined and I am tired of spending my own money for thier error. More
Has a large selection of cars but communication is horrible, they sale you different warranty packages, but don’t know how to use them. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND ENGAGES IN ILLIGAL PRACTICES WHILE SELLING CARS. READ ON FOR TGE FULL STORY: I walked into exclusive motors the other day to check out a few cars that I saw online. I went out WHILE SELLING CARS. READ ON FOR TGE FULL STORY: I walked into exclusive motors the other day to check out a few cars that I saw online. I went out with the sales associate, who was a nice guy for a test drive of the 2 cars. I told him my budget beforehand, and I said I would only consider taking the car for a drive if it was priced at the number I told him, which was the fair market value of the car in it's current state, with an accident history and high miles. He said that he can definitely make that price point work for this car, so I took the car for a drive. During the drive he was telling me that the car comes with a 3 or 5 year warrenty. I asked, if it comes with a 3 or 5-year warranty why would anybody choose three. He basically tried to gloss over that you have to pay for these warranties. That's okay however, that's 100% reasonable to pay for a warranty on top of the car. But what he told me explicitly was that the car comes with a drive train warranty included in the car. When it came time to purchase the car, they told me I had to pay almost $4,000 for the warranty. I told them, if I have to pay for it then I don't want it. He said you must pay for this or you cannot purchase the car. This is illegal in the state of Maryland, to sell somebody a warranty that they do not want. No matter what I said he would not back down from this. I told him that the sales agent said the drive train warranty was included in the price, and the three or five year warranty for theft protection is an extra purchase if I would like or choose that option. The guy told me, well if you want the car you got to pay for this. I then went on to ask the guy why the price was almost $4,000 when the sign in front of me said it was $600. He kept coming up with excuses that did not make any sense and just lied to me flat out just to keep me there longer and try to wear me down until I caved in. Back to the purchase price of the car, when I told him that I would buy it for that price because it was fair market value, the kept me there for a long time until the manager came and said he's not giving me a dollar off the price. To sum it up, this place will lie to you, cheat you, and do whatever they can until they wear you down to just give them money and cave in. More

I have the worst experience with their service department. I purchased a vehicle in July 2021 and started experiencing issues with the battery charging. I brought it in for a quote and informed th department. I purchased a vehicle in July 2021 and started experiencing issues with the battery charging. I brought it in for a quote and informed the employee I did not want a diagnostic which cost $230 when I knew my issue. I called back to ensure this was communicated effectively. After never being informed of the progress and calling several times with no response, I returned to the dealer. They still charged the fee and I now know I'll never return for service. Buyers beware, this place has many "hidden" agendas and I should have known from one of my initial experiences in the sales department. My advice, DON'T DO IT! More
