Exclusive Cars has been offering great cars for low prices for almost thirty years. We have been in the business for decades by loyalty and trust with our customers. Most of our sales are made to repeat customers. In response to the review posted by Kelci Pulsipher, we are compelled to supply “the rest of the story.” Yes, she was a customer who, along with her husband, Steven, purchased the 2005 Ford F-150 XLT from us on September 21, 2013. When she drove away, the truck was running smoothly and, as far as we knew, was in good working condition. In fact she provided us with her AAA mechanic’s report given to her after a thorough examination of the truck before she bought it (and we have the copy on file). Absolutely no problems were reported to exist. Before we closed the sale, we nevertheless offered her an extended warranty (a routine service which all of our customers are offered) but it was refused. She drove her newly purchased truck from our dealership about noon headed towards her home in Southern Utah. Three days later, she informed us that the truck broke down 200 miles into her journey during the afternoon on the same day of the purchase. She claimed that a completely new motor was required. Unfortunately, after repeated requests, she failed to provide us with any documentation regarding the motor or the claimed “new” motor. We were investigated by the State for this incident and no charges or sanctions were placed against us because they admittedly “were not told the full story”. The claims made against us by Kelci Pulsipher are not true. Our continued “good reputation” is extremely important to us. We are a “fair and honest” car dealership with many, many completely satisfied new and repeat customers. In the end, we regret any negative experience Ms. Pulsipher may have had with her purchase. - The Management
