As it has been over a month and I’ve seen zero issues with the vehicle – in fact, I’ve grown to love it more each day – so I feel confident suggesting this dealership and one representative, in particular. Every issue I asked the dealership to handle before I took possession was done properly. Every issue they needed me to come back for, later, they handled properly. Simply put, I got a fantastic deal on a great car. My experience in the dealership with both the management as well as the salesman working with me – Alexandro Alvarez – was fantastic. Alexandro was up front and enthusiastic; I never got any impression of dishonesty or guile from him, and I believe everyone walked away from the deal happy. While I think every dealership is going to try to play games, I at least felt like these guys were playing games by the rules. They didn’t try to spin things or push weird deals on me: I came in and within a couple of hours, we got the price to where we could both accept it, and I paid for the car outright. No extended warranty, no extra anything: just the car, for the price, in the condition I requested it to be in based in my inspection. I cannot guarantee my experience as a norm, but I can say that my experience was excellent. If you do your research and come to Excellence Auto Direct armed with information, and shoot straight with Alexandro Alvarez, I believe you can be as pleased with your experience as I have been with mine. I was in the process of buying a car from them (I live two and a half hours away) and ExcellenceAutoDirect in Dallas. Do not purchase from these guys! I was in the process of buying a car from them (I live two and a half hours away) and had gotten approved, had the bank process the paperwork to take to them for the loan, and they sold the car without telling me! The same time that I was having paperwork on the car processed they sold it without saying a word! If you tell someone that you are going to call them back, after they tell you they are ready to put a deposit, you should call them back not turn around then continue doing behind the curtain deals elsewhere. At least tell someone if you are trying to sell them a car and another person at literally the same time! Will never shop with these clowns again. More

No Different Than Any Other Used Car Dealer!! Visited late in the day to look at a car. Went for a quick test drive and we were going to think about it and come back. Owner continued to ask what he could do and was agreeing to fix some cosmetic issues we saw. We trusted them and purchased the car. The day we picked it up my wife noticed the driver mirror would not work. Contacted salesman Seth and he said they would take care of it. Stayed in contact until the night before our appointment when I got a text from Seth saying they would not fix it because the owner said the cars are sold as is. I would not trust them, they are no different than any other used dealership. They say on the website "We Take Care of our Customers no matter what". I think that means until they get their money. Illegal Business Practices Excellence Auto Direct.  The are clearing the codes off of cars before selling them. I helped my daughter buy a car from them. I test drove it. A few days after buying the car , the Air Bag Light came on, the Tire Pressure light came on, the speedometer wasn't acting right.  Today I had the car throughly checked out by another dealership, Toyota of Richardson. I have attached their report.  The Technician stated that the Air Bag literally came off in his hand. Now the whole steering wheel and air bag has to be replaced. The Speedometer is also not working right and has to be replaced. And the pan the protects the engine underneath also has to be replaced. This adds up to almost 3600.00 in safety repairs. This was clearly hidden from us. There is no way the codes cleared themselves. My daughter could have really been hurt had she been in an accident with the Air Bag improperly installed.
