That would be this dealership.. They are selling a 22 Nissan Frontier that has been in multiple wrecks and has frame damage! There was no mention of this when I processed the paperwork. Found out from my insurance agent. Spoke with Melik Carson who confirmed the frame damage but said it cost them $4500 to fix it! This info should still be relayed to the customer!! Canceled the deal and the dealership was to refund my downpayment. Took me calling/emailing multiple times to get a refund! THIS VEHICLE BACK ON THEIR WEBSITE AND LISTED AS NO ISSUES! More

I'm now almost 5 months after purchase and no license plate. Temporary plate expired over 2 months ago. Local law enforcement told me if they see me driving it again without regular players they will tow it. I'm getting complete runaround from the dealership. More
I had a frustrating experience with this dealership. When I asked to exclude the package, they refused and claimed it’s required for all vehicles. This deceptive pricing practice is misleading and unfair. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone looking for transparent and honest pricing. More

Purchasing a vehicle from Excellence Auto Direct has been very disappointing, from the salesman, Jerome, to the finance representative, M'lik. I purchased a 2019 BMW 530i sedan . I believe that the vehicle was sold under pretense. Though it was sold as is, after the first 2 weeks I had to replenish the coolant every other day. I took it to the shop and discovered I had a leak in the high pressure reservoir, a $1000 expense. It's been 3 months & I have spent another $3000. That's a total of $4000 in repairs. I have received no accommodation from the dealership. More
Excellence Auto Direct Review Rating: 1/5 Stars My experience with Excellence Auto Direct was beyond terrible. From start to finish, they demonstrated dishonesty, incompetence, and a complete lack of experience with Excellence Auto Direct was beyond terrible. From start to finish, they demonstrated dishonesty, incompetence, and a complete lack of customer care. I went in to look at a Camaro, and the issues began immediately. The check engine light was on, but I was assured they would fix it along with everything else we pointed out. They promised to make the car “like new” before I took it home. None of this happened. The check engine light remained on, and none of the issues we discussed were addressed. I brought the car back for repairs, and they kept it for two weeks without offering a loaner. When I finally got the car back, they had put over 250 miles on it, and the check engine light came back on before I even made it home. I returned the car again, and this time they kept it for another two weeks. I had to call every few days to check on the status because no one bothered to update me. Kristy Gardener eventually admitted they were using aftermarket catalytic converters, which caused problems, even though she initially claimed they would use OEM parts. When confronted about this, she lied and denied saying it. The lack of communication was infuriating. Kristy would promise to return calls but never did. Texting her was no better—she rarely responded. On one occasion, I asked for the address and invoice number for the shop they used to install the catalytic converter. She gave me the wrong location (Bellevue instead of Bellaire Blvd), and I had to find the correct information myself after repeated follow-ups. The problems didn’t stop there. I asked them to mail my plates and tags to avoid making another trip in bad traffic. They agreed, but when my temporary tags expired, I called and was told to come in for a new paper tag. After waiting over an hour at the dealership, I was finally told everyone had gone to lunch, leaving me and my hungry 3-year-old daughter to wait without assistance. When they finally returned, they handed me my regular plates and tags—the same ones they claimed they didn’t have. They simply didn’t want to mail them as promised. Now, a few months later, the problems with the car keep piling up. The AC stopped working, and the catalytic converter they installed is rattling due to poor workmanship. When I took it to Pep Boys, they showed me that the aftermarket part was failing and that holes were cut into the heat shield above it, which now needs to be replaced. Kristy insisted that the muffler shop they use does “great work,” but clearly, this isn’t true. Their shady business practices are unacceptable. They charge a $2,500 inspection fee to ensure the car is “like new,” but they don’t actually fix anything. They didn’t replace the brakes as promised, and when I asked about the AC, they dismissed it by saying, “It’s a used car, and that comes with the territory.” This dealership is full of scam artists who overcharge, lie, and provide terrible service. While waiting in the service department, I overheard Kristy telling another customer that their car had bad injectors that needed replacement. Why wasn’t this addressed before the car was sold? Excellence Auto Direct is just interested in making a sale, not in taking care of their customers or standing by their promises. I cannot stress this enough—DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The sales, finance, service department, and management are all unreliable and dishonest. You’ll end up spending far more than expected on hidden fees, shoddy repairs, and unresolved issues. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place should not even be in business. More

I went in to buy a Chevy Silverado LTZ and assumed it had adaptive cruise control. All the buttons and dash cameras are there, the steering wheel button to adjust for following distance was there, but come to find out 2022 models are hit or miss for the option actually being enabled. This was the only feature I was not willing to compromise on when looking for a new car. I had it on my previous LTZ package and yes, assumed it was there. When I came back to inquire what could be done, the salesperson even confirmed he thought it was on the vehicle as it’s on all LTZ trims. All I heard from the service department was the truck was sold “AS IS” which I already understood. Another deception was the truck was advertised “Certified Preowned” which was then advertised to come with a 3 month or 4500 mile warranty. The warranty program showed to cover ABS Brakes, Advanced Electrical, Fuel System, Air Conditioner, Differential and Drive Axle, Electrical Systems, Fluids and Filters, Steering, Diagnostics, 24 hour Roadside Assistance, and so much more!! Well when I took my truck to a dealership to see if adaptive cruise control could be added or enabled, they scanned for error codes and it came back with a few electrical and camera issues. I took it back to Non-excellent Auto and now the Certified Preowned warranty doesn’t cover V8s and only covers powertrain issues. The vehicle was also advertised as having a non-smoking owner, survey says, that was a lie!! This place is a joke. I haven’t bought a vehicle in 8 years and was looking forward to getting something more up to date and keep most of the features I had on my Tahoe. So disappointed that to now get what I want, I would have to trade this truck in which will cost so much more at this point. More

I inquired about a vehicle and they texted me and let me know vehicle was available so I advised “Gabby” I wanted to see what deal we could make since I live 5hrs + away so she gave me the breakdown and I advised her I wanted to negotiate the $2500 car car package and she told me it’s not optional take it or leave it. I said oh wow okay, thank you for wasting my time with your response and she replied thank you for wasting my time too. So I then called the manager to let them know they lost business even before getting to financing and he stated he was sorry and she was probably just having a bad day or going thru something. I said but you didn’t ask what her name was you just keep justifying why she was rude. I said I will just take my business somewhere else. He said have a nice day and hung up on me! More

They do not do recall work regardless if it’s a safety item. If they offer a discount, get it in writing first then verify it’s on the sales sheet. Especially so, if you leave & come back. You may want to have a separate mechanic check out vehicle before purchase. I certainly DO NOT recommend this dealer for anything. More

Found the exact car I wanted and purchased, they lied about my credit (I found out it was 30 points higher than they said when the report came in the mail), but ultimately I stuck it out through the process because it was the exact car I wanted. I paid $600 for delivery on a Wednesday, (I live 5 hours from dealership). I was told it would be there Thursday, it eventually got to me Sunday at midnight. I thought the disaster was over, but I never received my license plate and registration in the mail by the time my temp. Tag expired, so I made an appointment with the DMV just to find out the dealership hasn’t even begun the registration process. Avoid this place at all costs. More
Deceptive Sales Tactics! Price is actually $2500 higher! I was going to buy a particular car from them based on what's listed in the internet (AutoTrader, etc) but they do Price is actually $2500 higher! I was going to buy a particular car from them based on what's listed in the internet (AutoTrader, etc) but they don't disclose until later time that they add on $2499 "Care Care Package" cost to the final sales price. This is very deceiving, to make the advertised car price cheaper by $2500. Such cost should be already included in the advertised price if it's not an optional cost. I am not buying a car from a dealer who uses this deceptive sales tactics!! More
