Al is fantastic! I have been looking for awhile for a one owner, low mileage vehicle with a history. This was my first time buying a car online and did not know what I have been looking for awhile for a one owner, low mileage vehicle with a history. This was my first time buying a car online and did not know what to expect or how to do it. Al was very patient with me and explained the whole process. Al was very quick with his responses and pretty much answered every time I called. By comparison, other dealers would ignore my information request and send me emails about vehicles that I did not inquire about. Al gave me a thorough video tour of the car (exterior and interior) and even put it up on the lift to show me the underside. Al hid nothing from me and therefore I knew what I was getting! The transportation service delivered 10 days later than they said - one storm and one breakdown - but that is not the dealership's problem. I live 800 miles away, but they have earned my trust if I was to buy online again! If you live nearby, I say go check them out! More
