Bought a GMC yukon xl 2013 and ran fine during the test drive. Engine bay was clean and looked new. On the way home which is a 2 hour drive I stopped for diner and as I was leaving the Suv didnt shift into drive. Engine bay was clean and looked new. On the way home which is a 2 hour drive I stopped for diner and as I was leaving the Suv didnt shift into gear as I got on to the highway so I pulled over thinking I might of put it in manual mode. I park put back into drive and np. A few days later I drive 30 miles and suddenly I no throttle and just revs up so I let off the gas and limp off the highway as it shifts in and out of gear. Now I got to take the GMC to a transmission shop to see how bad it is. I did my research looking up what years of GMC Yukons had the least issues but I should of read the reviews of this dealership. P.S. We bought 2 vehicles from them so hoping the other isnt a lemon too, More

MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT OUR SON HIS FIRST CAR 5 YAERS AGO AND THAT CAR HAS NOT HAD ONE PROBLEM EXCEPT FOR REPLACING OIL AND TIRES THRU THE YEARS. I referred a friend recently to bucks county auto, only because it was the best experience i ever had when i purchased a used car for my son. I always dealt with bob burns and told my friend to ask for him because it was the best experience i ever had when i purchased a used car for my son. When I told bob what type of car I was looking for, he did not have it at the time, but to my surprise he had called me 2 days later and said he found it for me. So my son and I took a ride kind of expecting to find it was not exactly what we wanted or out of our price range. To our surprise the car was absolutley what my son wanted, and then I thought ... ok, how much more will this be. Bob Burns told me not to worry and he would do anything it took to make this an affordable car for my son.. and in fact he did. The payment was right on the money and so was Bucks county auto outlet! I believe he went up and beyond the call of professionalism, and turned out to be one of the funniest guys I had the pleasure of dealing with. My son has now had this car for 4 years and the only monies we had to put into it was oil changes and inspection. I was a skeptic on used car dealers, but Bob Burns thru my theory right out the window. We cant thank him enough, and will keep referring all our friends to him.
