Any of the representative are highly qualified supported by management that cares not just to sell you but to get you in the right car, remember this it’s up to you too it’s a partnership! They are a liaison and advocate between you and the lender, and they fight for you to get in the right financial position! That’s what you want! Now the quality of cars … it’s a great range – a one stop shop. Everyone wants the Mercedes, if that doesn’t work out Audis are available, Nissans Toyotas if you don’t see it ask for it. Don’t rush it’s not a sprint out it’s a day out. Take your time you're investing in a vehicle why rush the deal? Location is very clean and accessible. I came from Southampton, Long Island, NY, and they met every expectation to put at ease get comfortable and let them do the job they are great at doing. Negative responses IMO is not at the fault of the salesperson people need to look at themselves before pointing fingers. Remember you have rights and options they let you know what it is. Take the time, find what you like and always have a backup. I delt with Nick he was fantastic! They got my auto loan, it was very high interest rate 131/2. Told them that's ridiculous was going to leave then then come back with 9.9 which saved me 2000 in interest.
