I read multiple reviews about “David” who is the “sales manager” about how great he was and a pleasure to deal with. When I finally got him on the phone, I was very relieved… feeling like I would finally be able to get somewhere and make a purchase on a specific vehicle I was looking for that they had. These reviews couldn’t be more inaccurate, he was very rude on the phone and didn’t have any care to any of the issues I had encountered while trying to reach him or any other sales person. And ultimately told me that the dealership doesn’t do business out of state, which looking at the recent reviews on google and also every person I talked to while trying to reach him did not say anything about that. I was told by 3 different people that they had to transfer me to someone specific to handle an out of state purchase. It’s all lies and I would say worse than your typical shnyzer used car lot. If you are reading this far, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t even trust these people with my personal information let alone buying a vehicle from them. More

I worked with Aron, flew in from Atlanta Georgia , he sold me a Chevrolet suburban that I have had nothing but problems with since I purchased and no resolution offered by this poor service dealership. One tire pressure light on before I leave they lie and say they just serviced it and it will go off, they did not service the vehicle at all less then 1k left in miles vehicle needed a oil change needed brakes, needed for the a/c to be charged notified the dealership in less the 2 weeks after purchase no assistance at all, they took over 60 days to get my tags to me offering no solution for the expired 30 day tags, blamed the dmv and myself. Less then 60 days from purchase I am having transmission leaks and trouble no response from sales person Aron as well I am getting sent around to voicemails when I call the dealership. They sold me a warranty that is registered to a different person. Overall complete poor quality dealerships customer service, sells problem vehicles with no solution or help after purchase. I would recommend staying away and purchasing your vehicle elsewhere More
