The dealer is a total scam. I went in to pay for a 13 thousand dollar car and the hidden fees shot the price up more than 20 thousand. Beware of the finance department. They sold me a car that cannot pass safety inspection, wires coming out of both front tires, front brake rotors worn beyond the minimum to pass, and a wiper motor that only goes one speed. Not only that w wires coming out of both front tires, front brake rotors worn beyond the minimum to pass, and a wiper motor that only goes one speed. Not only that within 500 miles the crankcase position sensor died. They advertise low prices, but then charge exorbitant dealer fees well above customary for the state, they’ll also try to slip a warranty and GAP into the offer without informing you or even pitching it first. Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t even let you negotiate price with your salesperson, just send you straight to the F&I person who dresses as slimy as the “deals” he proposes. More
Let me start this off on a positive note. The young sales guys was very personable and helpful. I could tell he was new but he was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, once I decided that I wanted to purchase the car everything went sideways. While I wasn't 100% satisfied with my purchase with the payment I wound up leaving with, I was happy to be in a car that has been my goal and dream since selling my '88 mustang. After 2 months of ownership and some rain I noticed a good amount of water in the trunk. Did some research online and saw other people had a similar issue on their cars and figured I would take it to a body shop to get it fixed, since it seamed more like a manufacturer issue. Weeeeel, not so much. Turns out the accident that was posted as "minor damage" on the CarFax I was provided was not minor at all. The frame is bent, the floor pan is crinkled and whoever did the work to "fix" it did the least amount of work to get it back on the road. Looks like $15K+ of work to get the car back on the road and safe. Now I'm stuck with a car I can't drive after 2 months because I don't have that kind of money lying around and I still have to pay every month for something I can't enjoy. I tried calling a number of times with no answer I even used their contact form on the website and just got a generic email back with links to vehicles that I definitely wasn't looking for. With all this said, looking back at my experience after working with the sales guy, I felt rushed and pushed into purchasing the extras that I probably should have just said no to. Also, I felt like I was being bullied in to writing a positive review on their Google search entry for the business. The guy wouldn't give me the keys until I wrote a positive review! Didn't think anything of it in the moment but looking back it was pretty fishy and bad practice. Currently, I can't send anyone to this place to purchase a car. If they do get back to me and make this right I may change how I feel but, right now, I can't give a higher rating. Honestly, just steer clear of this place. More
Bait and Switch Pricing. Mandatory, hidden dealer fees (not state fees) increase the sales price by a minimum of $3000 over the advertised price. Here's a sample that I was Mandatory, hidden dealer fees (not state fees) increase the sales price by a minimum of $3000 over the advertised price. Here's a sample that I was presented with: $1100 transportation fee, $899 dealer documentation fee, $899 for some anti-theft tracker, $799 for a dealer protection package (useless in my case), and a few other charges of over $500. The price that was advertised and promised by the salesperson by text in advance of my visit was $28,795. If I wanted to buy the vehicle, the actual sales price would have been over $33,000 before tax and tags. I told the salesperson I didn't want to drive several hours if I didn't know the sales price first. He assured me it would be the $8,795 advertised price. After some additional, after-the-fact research, I found that this is the normal sales practice for the Excel Auto Lounge. More

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac ELR (VIN: 1G6RM1E46EU600571) from your dealership with the promise that the vehicle wrap would be removed. Unfortunately, the removal process resulted in chipped paint, and now I am being asked to cover the repair costs, which is unacceptable. Additionally, my car has been in your possession for 15 days, during which I am still responsible for making loan payments. Despite numerous attempts to get an update on the status of my vehicle, I have not received any calls back. The only communication has been through uneasy emails with faulty explanations, which has been highly frustrating and reflects poorly on your customer service. Upon further investigation through a CARFAX report, I discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a structural damage accident, as well as a blown head gasket. This is information that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. This omission is not only unethical but also illegal, and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary. The vehicle had pre-existing issues that were not communicated to me, and as a result, it has spent nearly half of my ownership time at your service center. To resolve this matter amicably, I am requesting the following actions be taken: 1. Cancel the loan for the Cadillac ELR and refund the down payment I made, enabling me to purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer without it being marked as a voluntary repossession. 2. Alternatively, switch my current vehicle with one that has a clean title and CARFAX report. I have identified several such vehicles and can provide you with the details. If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau, pursue legal action, and share my negative experience on all social media platforms. I hope we can reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. I expect a prompt response to this letter, and I can be contacted at the information you guys already have on file. Sincerely, Michael Fanto More

Than later that night on the 8th day they said Noone got to my car yet,and told me how I was wrong and they will get to it when they feel like it cause people with working cars have appointments, well it's the 22 that's 16 days later still no phone calls and no car...and they still won't answer the phone and call me...a 14k car I git duped...It was definitely broken when I got it. Im.taking ubers and Lyft paying more than my car payment...they won't even offer me a loaner car to drive until they get to it. .this is the rudest place and most disrespectful people ever...they are very unprofessional...I asked to return the car many times since I gotten it. And they kept saying no.not fair. I just want my money back or another car that works.the Head Gasket is not suppose to die 11 WEEKS More
