They needed to get us to a certain price point to finance us, but instead of pointing this out and pushing us to the new low mileage cars we were looking at, they charged us almost $4k in extras and then rushed through the signing so we didn't see the new total purchase price. A car their Salesman, Joe Morales, promised went through an extensive maintenance check prior to putting on their lot for sale. A vehicle I got a copy of their maintenance report on prior to purchasing just to be sure what he was telling me was correct, and it showed no issues. Everything checked off as in good condition. I haven't even made the first payment, I'm still driving around with the temporary tags. And my car has been in the shop 3 times already. If anyone is looking for a new/used car DO NOT GO TO EXCALIBUR. I am still waiting on the paperwork showing they kept with their end of the deal and written in my contract. 4 new tires, and oil changes for life. I have yet to receive any paperwork showing they replaced my tires or even did the oil change, even though my car sat in their service shop for 2 days waiting to get these things done. 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for paperwork.
