I have been trading with GMC for over 15 years. Steve Fortner has been one of the reasons I have stayed with Ewing because of his excellent service. That is what people look for in a dealership, someone they can truly trust. In working with Barry Wallace he is always concerned if I am being taken care of and continues to have my respect along with Steves. When purchasing my last vehicle from Suzanne Koerwer, she really made the experience a pleasure and this was my first time working with Suzanne. Overall Ewing has been my best experience in car dealerships. Great People! More

Wow! Lori is top notch. I felt like a valued customer from the moment I drove in until the time I picked up and left with my car. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions and addressed all my iss from the moment I drove in until the time I picked up and left with my car. I love my enclave - the service I received when i took it in for a oil change was impeccable. Lori's attitude and love for her job was apparent. The price that I paid for the oil change was competitive with any oil change shop and what I received by going to the Ewing dealership was exponentially more than what I would have received at a low price oil change shop. The work doe on my car was timely and Lori communicated with me throughout the process. My next oil change will be at Ewing Buick and any service work I have will go through Lori. I have purchased several vehicles from Ewing and have always been treated wonderfully. The service dept (Brad Anker) has always been my service writer & has always given me the feeling that he has my bes always been treated wonderfully. I have nothing to say but thanks to him for always taking excellant care of me. The few equipment problems I have experienced with my 08 Buick Enclave have always been handled to perfection. The air conditioner went out on my car. I was going out of town, so I left the car at Ewing Service and was told the repair would take one day. Five days later when I returned and picked up the car - the a of town, so I left the car at Ewing Service and was told the repair would take one day. Five days later when I returned and picked up the car - the air conditioner did not work! I returned the car and had to wait an additional 12 days for the car, had to get myself to a car rental place to rent a car (they refused to drive me) and was told when I got there that the car rental place would have picked me up. Guess what's broken again... right, the air conditioner. I sure do NOT want to go back there but cannot get to any other dealership. (The car is still under warranty). More
I brought the 2001 Grand am in for a starting problem. they decided that the PCM (computer module) was suspect and recommended replacement. We agreed and the repair was done to the tune of 520$. The problem re-surfaced within 24 hours and when we called were advised that the part was no longer there and we would have to pay for the module. <br><br>We took it to a local mechanic that found the problem within 30 minutes. It was the ignition swith module that was damaged and this cost us 350$ to fix. The problem is resolved but it cost 520$ and a trip to a local mechanic to identify the real problem. <br><br>They were very polite as they explained there was nothing that they could do to compensate me for the part they replaced that wasn't broken. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service and their response to the situation. More
