Quite satisfied While in Plano for ASA GOLD NATIONALS softball tournament in July my tires and rims were stolen off my 2016 GMC SIERRA DENALI at the team hotel durin While in Plano for ASA GOLD NATIONALS softball tournament in July my tires and rims were stolen off my 2016 GMC SIERRA DENALI at the team hotel during the overnight hrs. After being awakened by Plano Police dept at 4:30 am , I googled nearest GMC dealerships Ewings was the closest spoke to a gentleman named Jim Bearden , explained my situation about being from Ohio and needing to be home by Monday he assured me he would take care of situation. He more than handled the situation. Had a tow truck enroute with spare tires and rims to tow back to dealership-located rims-kept me updated-sent courtesy car to pick me up when truck was finished-less than 12 hrs after theft occurred-didn't miss a single inning of my daughter's game that day. Can't thank Jim enough-it's difficult to find that kind of attention to detail and commitment to making things right these days !! Again THANK YOU JIM BEARDAN !! More
Better Service I’ve had a recurring annoying problem with my GMC Sierra which I had been having serviced at a different dealer closer to my house. With only 9k miles I’ve had a recurring annoying problem with my GMC Sierra which I had been having serviced at a different dealer closer to my house. With only 9k miles on my truck and four failed visits to this other dealer, I tried driving a bit farther to Ewing in attempt to get resolution. I got my truck back very quickly with the problem finally repaired. My advisor JR Lopez kept me updated along the way. I am enjoying my truck again with the problem solved. Thank you! More

Body Shop My sons truck had been hit by another student while away at college. He had the initial estimate done at a local dealer. I decided the dealer was too far away and wanted it to be a little closer. I tried the local Service King in Burleson Tx but they had a 2 week wait just to get the estimate. I decided to use Ewing since that is where we purchased the vehicle. It is still an hour away but it was WELL WORTH IT! Vincent Balmares is who I was scheduled to work with. He met me quickly and looked over the truck. He went over the other dealers estimate and noticed they did not note the bumper was bent. This was huge! It could have been another $2000 to $3000 easy. The bumpers in these vehicles have all sorts of sensors so they are not just a piece of metal or plastic any more. Vincent said he would take care of the supplemental check and get it all taken care of. He had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Had me to the Enterprise counter very quickly. Enterprise was also very helpful. They had a car delivered from another location very quickly. Overall just a fantastic job. Can't wait to see the work they do on this truck and if it matches the rest of the service it will be AMAZING! More
