Tried to charge me $90 to replace the cabin air filter! This is a $20 filter and it only takes 10 minutes to replace it! Not fair treatment of a customer. This was my first negative experience with this dealership where I bought my vehicle. More
Misrepresentations, half truths with no response. Buyer Beware. Don't purchase the extended care package. They will not honor what THREE of their employees represented that would be covered. Great customer service I took my Cadillac in because I thought there was an issue with the breaks. You don't get customer service like this anymore. More

I got an oil change, tire rotation, fluids fill-up, I came on time for my appointment. They took my car in right away. I worked with J. R. Lopez. Honest and Helpful When my car broke down and I had to get it towed to the dealership, Brad was with me every step of the way. Left a sour taste in what was a great experience and sales guy finally admitted tech would have been in back seat - now I have to stop back by to get this repaired. I understand oversight- I understand error- I don’t understand questioning a customer who had paid in my opinion an expensive bill. More
