I called days prior to just ask questions about my warranty, loaner cars and drop off times. Ben PATIENTLY explained all of this even though it was after 6pm CST. Ben and the team examined and diagnosed my car and he was up front about warranty info and cost that I may incur. Im not comfortable leaving my car for repairs but the team took care of my baby (my 13 Lacrosse). My only regret was that I was unable to meet Ben in person due to my crazy schedule but he took care of me and my concerns. Thank you soooooo very much Ben for all your help. 😊😊 More
Body work is sub-par with obvious lack of QC My car has been in this body shop twice now to have significant repairs. While the employees are nice, the work is lacking.. I had to bring my car bac My car has been in this body shop twice now to have significant repairs. While the employees are nice, the work is lacking.. I had to bring my car back both times to have a list of oversights corrected 1. Paint runs in multiple, obvious locations 2. Cameras put in at wrong angle (blocking half of view) 3. Overspray on window 4. Paint not blended to other panels 5. Molding/parts either missing or put back improperly 6. I had an email from insurance and Ewing stating the replacement headlights would be OEM.. when I went to pick up the car they were aftermarket... no email informing me of the change. They were later replaced with oem by Ewing. All in all - I had to bring the car in multiple times to finally have an acceptable final product, they did cover the rental for 2 weeks to correct the mistakes.. I only came here since they are “certified in Mercedes repair”. I will likely go somewhere else in the future.. not worth the headache... More

While they (each service writer) still aren’t very welcoming and helpful (unless you’re their customer) the overall experience surprised me on this last visit. The day before dropping off my vehicle I saw the head of a screw in one of my tires. Frustrated and needing someone to blame I brought my wife outside and asked where she’d been driving hoping she would take the blame. None the less, I take it in for an oil change, tire rotation and while you’re at it, take the screw out and plug the hole. Simple enough right. Well when I returned to pick up my vehicle, i looked over the paperwork and the quote for the tire repair was not listed. I asked my service writer about it and he said the tech didn’t find any screw. Convinced he was lying and the tech was lazy I went outside to check all 4 tires (since they had now been rotated) and to my surprise, I could t find the screw. My own craziness aside, I immediately thought how they could’ve charged me for the repair and I never would’ve known. More than that I also noticed the inner wheel well cover had somehow torn slightly and was loose. That was also repaired at no charge. While these simple repairs would’ve totaled just a few dollars, an honest tech/repair shop is priceless!! More

Never again When you take your car be sure you have hidding cameras inside and in the engine compartment also under so they don't remove your good part and replac When you take your car be sure you have hidding cameras inside and in the engine compartment also under so they don't remove your good part and replace them with bad one, before i was trusting this dealership but now i don't, i spoke with service manager and they not willing to investigate the matter, and they claim they dont have cameras in their shop to see if the mechanic exchange my fairly new parts with old and bad parts, i have the invoice when i did buy them and installed on my car, stay away. More
