Great service rep I believe my reps name was JR or RJ. I apologize for not being sure. This guy was amazing. I went in because my rear camera needed servicing. The gentleman noticed my key fob needed to be replaced . Not only did he offer to fix it. It was at no cost. Other dealerships quoted me $180 for this problem. They had it done for no cost. Tire fix Contacted salesman vehicle purchased from. Arrived at dealership and couldn't get hold of salesman. Nail in tire and was told it needed to be replace Contacted salesman vehicle purchased from. Arrived at dealership and couldn't get hold of salesman. Nail in tire and was told it needed to be replaced. No tire in stock for a '18 Yukon til next day. Since I was from Lubbock, couldn't go next day and was told to try Discount Tire. Since I was there I asked to get vehicle washed. Car returned in about 45 min...not vacuumed, bugs all over windshield. Overall disappointed in visit. More

Great Service As Always! I received a letter from GM stating I may have a brake vacuum problem and if I did to take it to the dealership. The problem was I was already over th I received a letter from GM stating I may have a brake vacuum problem and if I did to take it to the dealership. The problem was I was already over the warranty coverage from GM according to the letter. Anyways I took my truck into Ewing and got it diagnosed and I truly did have the issue. Thank God that I have an extended warranty and they covered the repair for my deductible. Moral of the story is, have an extended warranty and a great dealership such as Ewing to take your truck to!. More
