I would my service experience as fair - at best. A new gentleman would interact will me as I arrived. That was a first and a positive. They tend to act like you are an annoyance instead of concerned a $55k vehicle w/less than 25k miles has serious transmission issues. The topper us the dealer's petty policy of charging ne $20 because the loaner was not returned with the same gas level. (Close but a little off). That short sided pettiness will drive me to purchase me next vehicle from a different dealer. More

Have met most of service advisors and all are friendly. I usually interact with Steve Fortner, who is always friendly, respectful, professional and prompt with keeping me informed.
