Ewing (& especially Steve Fortner) is always friendly, polite & courteous. Steve treats customer (me) as if a relative - meaning, always does his best (100%) to address any needed repairs and as timely as polite & courteous. Any repair is thoroughly explained. I very much appreciate the use of a loaner vehicle for repairs requiring more than 1-day on an older car like mine. Being female, I appreciate the respect Steve & others there have always shown me. Steve has always treated me as an equal and has never talked down to me or discounted what I say about any car issue when I tell him what has occurred. (I wish I could say this about every dealer I've ever dealt with, but that isn't the case.) I every time we take our car in for regukar maintenance, there is a Laundry list of items and issues found. The car is only 5 years old so either we were sold a lemon, the quality of this particular model there is a Laundry list of items and issues found. Brought the car in for lots of problems and the one thing we asked was to fill the washer fluid. They didn’t even do that and they left the car dirtier than when we dropped it off.
