It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I got to my schedule appointment 10 minutes early and my truck wasn’t moved for twenty minutes. That is too long to wait for this type of service. And don’t tell me it’s because of COVID protocols, the tech that was in my truck left his plastic hair cover lying on my front seat. I can go to another dealership closer but I chose to go to the one I brought my truck from. I have had all of the scheduled maintenance done there and purchased my tires there, I’m not sure at this point that I will be back. More

I never fail get great service whether I am there for just an oil change and tire rotation or a wiring harness replacement. I went in for a oil change no check engine light on no other issues truck was running great just to get back in my truck where no transmission fluid in it and my transmission completely gone then Steve to other issues truck was running great just to get back in my truck where no transmission fluid in it and my transmission completely gone then Steve told me to bring back because they disconnected something but when I got back there was nothing disconnected Steve also stated they did not put fluid in my transmission but over the phone he stated they did then they rechecked my truck for free and stated my engine is bad I just got a new engine put in i am very disappointed and will not recommend anyone to ever go here or work with steve More

Ben Town is an excellent maintenance department representative. He always has excellent customer service!!
