Absolutely no help, tried ripping me off Bought a new Ford F-150 supercrew from Ewalds, over $44K. I decided to put seat covers on. I was able to install the fronts and the seat portion of t Bought a new Ford F-150 supercrew from Ewalds, over $44K. I decided to put seat covers on. I was able to install the fronts and the seat portion of the rear seats. I could not figure ot how to remove backrest portion of rear seat to install this part of the seat cover. I stopped at the dealership and was told 1.8 hours labor at $100+ per hour. I told the advisor that seemed high but I had no choice. The day of the appointment, I asked again about the time charged as it seemed high . Again, was told 1.8 hours at $100+ hr. Cancelled appt. Went home, watched u-tube video and had seat covers on in less than 1/2 hr. I called service mngr to talk to him, got his voice mail and left message. He never had the courtesy to return my call 1st and last new car from Ewald More

Surprise Vehicle Found!! I just purchased a Chevy Spark from Ewald. Previously I had a Ford Focus. Tom was my salesperson and was very helpful with test drives. Merry Christmas - More for less!!! Outstanding guys Drove a hour away, only to find out that I had the greatest experience; I was at three other dealership who were just out making their best dollar. New Escape I took my existing 2001 Mazda Tribute (elsewhere) and their estimate was greater than $1000.
