On 12/17 I brought my car in for a simple emissions test. The technician must have just gotten done with an oil change and didn't change his gloves before he moved my car into the emissions bay 10 feet away. In the process of doing so he left large, oily, dark stained hand prints (like full "high five" sized hand prints) on the white leather door panel, center console, steering wheel, shift knob, and worst on the white leather seat that will not come off and must be replaced. If it was easily cleaned off it would be comical how much of a mess the technician made while moving a car literally 10 feet. I have called Ewald 3 times per week since, with no reply. I have left several messages for Eric Ewald and Jerome Witt (even asking the receptionist to leave a written note on his desk). The only time I got in touch with anyone was on Jan. 12th when I asked the receptionist to physically go find someone who could help. I then spoke with the service manager, Mike, who seemed willing to remedy the problem asked me to email him photos of the damage, which I did, and never heard back despite leaving two more messages. A month later, dozens of phone calls, voicemails, hand notes, an email, and zero interest in even returning my calls. More

John was AMAZING to work with! We have purchased vehicles in several different states and several different dealerships. This was one of the best (if not the best) experiences we have encountered. At first service and everything was good never had any issues until We brought our vehicle in with a transmission fluid low message. I told them it didn’t sound right the day before with no lights or message. So we brought it in without an appointment because we didn’t want to damage the vehicle any. They got it in, I’m not sure what they did but message was off and they told us nothing was wrong with it. Then made an appointment to have transmission inspection and dropped the vehicle off on October 27th 2021 but then 2 days later they called us to pick it up and did not even look at it. Even though the transmission is under power train warranty. They told us oh we will call you when we can look at it? What was the point of appointment? Not sure what to do now since we r afraid to drive it. We were told not to drive it and use another vehicle. It sounded like getting the run around and wasting our time. More

1st time there and will be the last time. Appointment was for Oct 8, 2021 at 1220 PM. Arrived at 1215 PM and explained in detail my truck is getting the "THE WORKS" (Oil Change & Tire Rotation) and incl was for Oct 8, 2021 at 1220 PM. Arrived at 1215 PM and explained in detail my truck is getting the "THE WORKS" (Oil Change & Tire Rotation) and included a car wash to Service Advisor Alex Garcilazo. Noticed my truck pulled into the bay area at 1:08 PM. I went back to the service area and said is my truck done at 1:45 PM. I was told "yes" and yet no one came to inform me it was. I could been waiting longer if I did not approach first. After I paid my bill I went to my truck and noticed no car wash. Went back into the service area again and explained why my truck did not receive a car wash. No answer was given, but my truck did get one after I had to complain. I always went to Porcaro Ford located in Racine, WI and my truck was always done under 1 HR with no miscommunication at all. I was told by Service Advisor Alex Garcilazo that there is a lack of communication at Ewald's Ford. I am confident I am not the only person who has been having issues like this. I even checked feedback and the rest explains itself. More
