Terrible service from this dealership!!! Brought my 2019 Fusion to them 6 months ago for an oil change. Dropped it off in the morning was told to pick it up at the end of the day. When I arrived at 5 PM ju Fusion to them 6 months ago for an oil change. Dropped it off in the morning was told to pick it up at the end of the day. When I arrived at 5 PM just before closing they said they forgot to service it. Gave me a free interior detail to try to make it right but still had to bring back my car again for the oil change. Tried to use the free interior detail today and they said it would be a 30 day wait ... Basically useless to me as I am relocating to a new residence 2 hours away by then. More

Horrible I do not like to be taken and I trusted the dealership and their word. I was told I would pay $52,000 for my truck and seen the paper work when I got I do not like to be taken and I trusted the dealership and their word. So I would review everything at this dealership and the loan guy was horrible also. I told him I did not want any extra plans with my truck 3 times and wouldn't let it go. very bad experience buying a new truck. will never go there again. More

This was my first tome buying a “new” car. I am 19 and didn’t have much credit to work with. Dawn did everything she could to make sure I get a great car! After seeing an ad on the web from Ewald Ford in Hartford and afternoon calling to verify the escape I was interested in and driving 80 miles round trip and two hours of my time. The price they had on this vehicle on the net was not correct the 24,443 they could not sell It to me for they wanted almost 29,000 dollars and said it was a mistake. And could not sell me the car for that. They said that’s why we have a disclaimer at the bottom of our site stating we don’t have to honor the pricing. Sounds like bait and switch to me ??? Maybe instead of the management sitting around doing nothing they should watch their own website for mistakes or so called mistakes on prices. More
