The first man that I worked with was helpful at finding something in my budget but still giving me options, since I was very limited. When I went in with questions, I worked with a woman named Shannon. She was down right RUDE. At first, I assumed she wasn't taking me seriously doing this on my own, but she failed to give me straight answers for my questions or explain any of her answers. I called her a couple of times to get answers and she avoided me, until I finally left a voicemail for her saying I would stop in. She openly told me to take my car somewhere else to trade it in!! I also saw her notes saying how "I have a champagne taste with a beer budget and that I want a dream car with no budget." Who doesn't want a dream car? However, I know my limit for cost. I will NEVER go to this dealership solely because of her! Gladly went to a different dealership and they gave me options and understood my needs. Shannon should not be in this field if she doesn't want to explain herself or help others, especially for first time car buyers. More

New car experience I felt like I got the price I was looking for but it seems that the dealership wanted to play a game with me. I talked to a salesman first and got in I felt like I got the price I was looking for but it seems that the dealership wanted to play a game with me. I talked to a salesman first and got insulted with the price for my trade in. I do not blame the salesman for that. When I said no twice, a second man came out and re insulted me with his offer. This person could have stayed in his office as he clearly thought I was joking when I rejected his "best" offer. As I walked out the door, a third person (manager) came out and agreed to my price. I was happy with the final deal but felt they didn't need to play these games. Once the price was agreed on, I had to wait at least one hour before I was able to finalize the transaction. This happened the last time I bought a car at an Ewald dealership. I feel this is excessive. They did wash the car and put gas in it, which was nice. More

Three different managers and a salesman were involved with deal. They always came to talk to us by themselves. Manager 2 (Phil) did not know what first manager 1 (Tom) offered. Made deal with manager 2, with deal. They always came to talk to us by themselves. Manager 2 (Phil) did not know what first manager 1 (Tom) offered. Made deal with manager 2, (who asked if I was Jewish, but none-the-less agreed to a deal). Manager 2, promised to personally deliver the car and correct undisclosed issues with the car, (timing belt was original on 132,000 mile car, breaks needed repair, window didn't work) and he went home, left contract details to salesman who returned with contract with correct price but no mention of items that needed repair, corrected contract, contract signed by manager #1 (Tom), deposit of $500 made on car. Two days later, approximately 2 hours prior to the delivery, salesman calls to tell us that the repairs to the car were not going to be made. Went to dealership to get an explanation, manager 3 came to talk to us even though manager 1 was in his office. Claimed that manager 2 was not their and was not going to be in. We requested that manager 1 come to talk to us since he signed the contract. He couldn't since he was "In a meeting". Manager 2 suddenly appeared (you know the one who was not their). Told us that the repair was too expensive and that they were not going to fix the fan belt. When I reminded him that the timing belt was the issue, not the fan belt ($50 vs. $500) he claimed confusion. He made other statements that I corrected him on which resulted in him stating that I was calling him a liar, told me that their was no way he would sell me the car and threw the deposit at me. Seems to get insulted mighty easily. Talked with owner ?Brian? Ewald, who apologized about 500 times, but I don't think he did anything about it. Believe that his "Sorry,sorry,sorry,sorry...sorry" really meant Sorry you called, but this is how we do business. I had taken my Spectra into Ewald for service for the past several months and was always happy with the results. My 2005 Kia Spectra EX was going strong and about to cross 253,000 miles when it was tota past several months and was always happy with the results. My 2005 Kia Spectra EX was going strong and about to cross 253,000 miles when it was totaled in an accident three weeks ago. I wound up in a rented 2013 Kia Soul+ to get around before a making a long work trip the following week... While out of town, Shannon and I talked/emailed off and on about car options trying to come up with a plan of "attack" The day after I returned from my trip, my wife and I met with Shannon and spent most of the day with her at Ewald Kia, test driving a number of vehicles. Shannon had keys and cars ready for us at the mere mention of a model name :-) By the end of the afternoon, she had found a Forte and a Soul that would each make my wife and myself happy. With the two sets of keys in hand, Shannon and Dan worked magic with the numbers so it was like we were getting two cars for the price of one! At the end of the night, we were happily driving our new wheels home! The Ewald Kia staff is awesome. More

I was in the market for a new vehicle and although I had already picked out a used vehicle at another dealership, I went to Ewald to see what they might be able to offer. Both Lusa and Mike worked with me t already picked out a used vehicle at another dealership, I went to Ewald to see what they might be able to offer. Both Lusa and Mike worked with me to understand my needs and were able to put me into a new vehicle at a more than competitive price. The deal was very fair, surpassed my expectations, and the new Sorento was exactly what I was looking for. They were both very personable and knowledgeable. There was no "high pressure". Instead they worked very hard to find me exactly what I wanted at a very good price. The whole experiance was enjoyable and both my wife and I are very pleased. Would recommend you try Ewald KIa in Oconomowoc if you are in the market for your next vehicle. More
