I was in the market for a new vehicle and although I had already picked out a used vehicle at another dealership, I went to Ewald to see what they might be able to offer. Both Lusa and Mike worked with me t already picked out a used vehicle at another dealership, I went to Ewald to see what they might be able to offer. Both Lusa and Mike worked with me to understand my needs and were able to put me into a new vehicle at a more than competitive price. The deal was very fair, surpassed my expectations, and the new Sorento was exactly what I was looking for. They were both very personable and knowledgeable. There was no "high pressure". Instead they worked very hard to find me exactly what I wanted at a very good price. The whole experiance was enjoyable and both my wife and I are very pleased. I was coming through the area and a check engine light came on. I knew Ewald had Kia in the area so I came in with my 2007 Optima from Darrow (their service is horrible) No appointment they got me in, c came on. It cost me $50 to fix it so I had th eoil change done for $19.95- I was out of there in less than an hour. Fast, friendly, convenient-I will definitely come back for service and likely buy my next car their too- brand new facility! More
