Took my jeep in for a new warrantied Windshield which was included with the purchase of the vehicle. They made me research it and provide the warrant. We are original owners of our Hummer. Lost our key. Ewald wants to charge us almost $2,000 to take door apart to see vin number to match key. Needed more time. Horrible communication. I had to call and call and call to find out what was what. They never reached out to me. Then when we went to pay, they charged us for a tuneup where they said they changed my spark plugs and then charged me again for changing my spark plugs. Very shady. Over $800. Do not Go to this dealership! Not becoming of the jeep name. More
