After my husband took it for a test drive, we decided we were interested. Since we had our 3 kids with us, it was great that there was a play room that kept them entertained while we started the paperwork. Our salesman was very nice. It was the end of the month, so, there was some waiting, but, we went home, dropped off the kids and came back. I loved that there wasn't any "pushy" sales, no pressure. We would definitely come back to Ewald! More

Frustrating Experience We had visited the dealership two times before purchasing. Up to this point, the experience was great. The day we went to purchased, we were forced to listen to an "add on" presentation that we made clear we were not interested in. Then, after we signed the papers, the second key was missing, and our gas tank was COMPLETELY empty. It took them over 4 days to finally "find" the missing key, which I had to drive out the the dealership to pick up, YET the key was not working, and they had to order a new one, which took a week. All the while I had requested to speak to the GM, and I NEVER received a call back or a meeting when I was at the dealership. Once the key finally came in, I was told they would pick up my car and program the key, yet the Service person said they do not do that, yet another frustration and lie. In order to get the key programmed, I had to take my 2 small children back to the dealership to sit and wait for over an hour. Not once were we asked about our experience or was anyone willing to hear my frustrations or remedy them. More

Absolutely Amazing! I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from Ewald in Franklin. In the afternoon on the day of the purchase I was put in contact with Pete from their I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from Ewald in Franklin. In the afternoon on the day of the purchase I was put in contact with Pete from their finance department. We play a little phone tag but he was able to get the jist of what I needed done. I decided to stop by after work, because there were a few vehicles I was interested in. Because of my credit not being the greatest I didn't really know which way to go. When I arrived at Ewald I was greeted by a few of their guys and told them I was there to see Pete. From that point it was the smoothest experience ever. Pete helped me settle on the Patriot. Pete then linked me up with Matt who handled all of the paperwork for me and explained all of the features of the Patriot as well as the different colors I had to choose from. A little while later the paperwork was done and I was test driving my first ever Brand New Vehicle. During the test drive I received a call from Pete telling me I was approved and the rest of history. I walked out that evening with my new SUV. I would totally recommend Ewald to anyone looking for a vehicle. Go talk to Pete and Matt and you will never have a better experience. More

I told him exactly what I was looking for and he didn't try to up-sell me. Instead, he took the time to make sure I understood everything I was looking at. I felt comfortable in my decision and working with Ewald, and more specifically, my salesperson. Not only would I recommend Ewald Jeep, Dodge, Ram, I'd go back. If you're looking for an experienced salesperson that won't jerk you around, ask for Mat! More

My second purchase at EWALD in 2 years I returned to Ewald Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to purchase a 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (new 2014 Overland) after the outstanding service received when purc I returned to Ewald Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to purchase a 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (new 2014 Overland) after the outstanding service received when purchasing my 2012 Jeep at the same location. I found the same friendly and attentive staff - a staff willing to put up with some who is as particular as I am. They accommodated my special requests (which were many), and gave me a fair trade on my 2 year old Jeep with 95,000 miles on it. I had all my service done here on the previous Jeep, and always found them to be fast and available for my schedule. My salesman kept in touch (Roy), and helped me to find my latest purchase.
