Dealership extremely rude. Made a deal for a new Jeep, left deposit, and then they wanted to change the deal saying they had not included a agreed option in the price. When we asked for the deposit refund the general manager was extremely abusive saying they didn't have a person that could give us a credit card refund at 6pm. Said "maybe" they would do it the next day. Then told us to "get out" of the dealership. NEVER GO TO THIS OR ANY OTHER EWALD DEALERSHIP!!! More

I went in looking for a new Town and Country. I buy through the USAA car buying program and Ewald even knocked some off of that price. Needless to say, it was as low as price as you are gonna get. Alex was a young, energetic salesman that would actually go to bat for you. There was no hassle with price and delivery was quick. Andy Petty is a class act. Any questions I had were answered promptly and issues addressed. If you need to talk to someone, he is the the guy to go to. I had purchased a vehicle there before and had the same experience and they even remember your name. Not bad for a big city dealer. I bought extended warranty but changed mind afterwards and Andy handled all of the paperwork in a professional manner. Tina is prompt, helpful and friendly. We now love Minivans, and will not buy anywhere else other than Ewald. A good family owned business, and honestly just a good place to do business. Also a great selection of whatever vehicle you are looking for. A final note, they did give top dollar for my trade in, I did not expect that but it was a welcome sight and made things easier. They treat you how you want to be treated. I know this review may sound too positive, but this is my true experience. More

Bob is very patient. As we only had Saturdays to shop, the process lasted 3 weeks. I worked with Pete for my purchase and Ryan from finance and both were awsome. Pete had a car ready and waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive where he allowed me to go more then just 3-4 blocks lik and both were awsome. Pete was able to answer every question I had, he was friendly and easy to talk with. Ryan from finance was also very friendly and was able to get me finance rates and payment amount in a very short time. Ewald automotive even went so far as to have a driver take the paperwork to my father for co-signing up in LaCrosse. This is a 220 mile trip one way. The whole process was was fast and easy. I first looked at my car on a Wednesday night and I piked it up on Friday night. Ewald is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. Thank you Pete. More
