I was quoted $250.00 for a brake job and the total came to $317.71. That's a big difference in today's economy. This dealership's customer service was awful. They had absolutely no consideration for people's time, and they did nothing above and beyond with anything. They seemed like they didn't even value you as a absolutely no consideration for people's time, and they did nothing above and beyond with anything. They seemed like they didn't even value you as a customer. They tricked us into coming down by saying they'd give us one price and when we got there it was another. Then, after spending 4 hours there the night before trying to get pricing together, of which they nickel and dimed me, I called the next morning to have my salesperson fax me a credit app. Because he was "busy with another client" I had to leave a message. Not only did I not receive a call back, but I didn't get the fax until 6:30 pm that evening, at which time I had already found another dealer much more eager to work with me. I got a better vehicle, better price, and WAY better customer service. I went to Griffin Dodge in Menomonee Falls. I was in and out with a brand new car within a couple of hours, and everyone there was friendly and eager to be of service. Stay away from Ewald Dodge... they stink! More
