Great buying experience I had a great buying experience with Ewald. My sales person was Mat Oberlander. He was very knowledgable about the truck and most importantly he did e I had a great buying experience with Ewald. My sales person was Mat Oberlander. He was very knowledgable about the truck and most importantly he did exactly what he said he would do. He also spent a substantial amount of time with me explaining all of my trucks features and how they operate. I wish I could say that about all car salesman that I have done business with. I have not used the service department yet so I cannot comment on them at this time. If you are in the market for a Chrysler product, I recommend giving Mat a try at Ewald. More

Service Department Is a Joke Our experience with the service department has been nothing short of awful. We took our Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation before we left Our experience with the service department has been nothing short of awful. We took our Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation before we left for a road trip in July. On our trip we noticed a sound that we had never heard before. When we reached our destination we noticed our 2 front tries were wearing unevenly. We had multiple people look at it and tell us the same thing "A bad tire rotation". We took it back to the dealership and pretty much told us too bad. They couldn't even find a leak that we had told them exactly where it was. Their service rep basically called me and my husband liars and told me they weren't going to do anything. I called the service manager and I was told he would look into it and get back to me after Labor Day. 3 weeks later still hadn't gotten a call back. I called again and finally they got back to me and told me that I had to pay part for 2 of the tires that had been ruined due to their bad rotation and then they would replace them. I called again and amazing no answer so I left a message and I still have not gotten a call back. This service department is a joke and is not willing to help or admit fault. We will never be bringing our Jeep back here again. More

worst dealer ever Baught a brand new jeep with 14 miles on it and it had a small ding in the quarter panel i told the sales manager i would only buy it if it could be r Baught a brand new jeep with 14 miles on it and it had a small ding in the quarter panel i told the sales manager i would only buy it if it could be repaired via pdr service. (paintless dent repair). He assured me it would be no problem for them. We took it in with 120 miles on it for the repair and when we picked it up we were shocked, they basically paid some hack to spray paint the side of the car. Its worth mentioning im a collision repair tech at a high end shop so right away i noticed the runs, dirt, and tape lines everywhere and the color didnt match. Its been 2 months still no answer on getting us a new car. More
Treating a customer how you would like to be treated! I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know the great experience I had with Dan Neumann. Last week while traveling to the airport my service e I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know the great experience I had with Dan Neumann. Last week while traveling to the airport my service engine light came on and I noticed the Jeep starting to hesitate at times. I called Dan directly to explain the issues and asked how he could help. Since I was traveling out of town for the week he took it upon himself to schedule an appointment for me the following Monday morning first thing. Yesterday, I received a call from Dan stating since I was just in Hartland he would stop by pick up my Jeep and return it when it was fixed. This is the type of service that keeps me coming back to the Ewald team. Dan is always smiling, happy and upbeat and most importantly takes great care of the issue at hand. I'm sure you and he have heard this before about Dan, but I wanted to take the opportunity to reinforce that his dedication and actions are a great reflection of the Ewald team. Please thank him once again for me. More
