At first it was very pleasant to deal with. Then the first time I was promised my truck was ready it wasn’t, was told they would call me when it was. Never heard from them. Called them Back an Then the first time I was promised my truck was ready it wasn’t, was told they would call me when it was. Never heard from them. Called them Back and again said it was just about done, then they said another issue was found after doing system checks. I was told the truck would be ready by the next day before noon. Again never heard from them, called and stated the part never came in. Asked again when my truck would be done and they said hopefully the next day. Come to find out it was 2 days later and again I had to call for the status of my truck. I was never updated on it after being promised 3 times that it was done or almost done. After I picked up my truck it was found by me that my back seat and carpet was completely soaked! They left my back window open and never said anything to me about it. Worst dealer ever! I will never go back to them for anything! Can’t prove it was them that left the window open but when I dropped it off all windows were closed and they had my truck for over a week! More
