Exceptional Service, Prompt, Knowlegable, and Quick. I have owned 5 Corvettes since 1975. It is always an uneasy feeling taking your vette to a dealer hoping they will respect it the way I have. But aft have owned 5 Corvettes since 1975. It is always an uneasy feeling taking your vette to a dealer hoping they will respect it the way I have. But after going to Ewalds in Oconomowoc and seeing the expertise they have and how they treat the vehicle I have found a New Home for my service. I had a Security/Theft Computer problem with my 2000 C5 which was causing my steering wheel to not unlock when I started the car. They diagnosed the problem and found out that the Recall back in 2004 was not done. GM said that these had to be completed by 2006 or they would not cover it anymore. Well Bret Ewald got together with his Service Directer Chuck Akers and they looked into it and took care of this for me.. Jon Harder, the Service Advisor, rushed my car in, ordered the New Parts, had them shipped overnight so I could get my vette back asap! I would highly recommend Ewalds Chevrolet to anyone who needs the best in customer service and friendlyness. Kudos to you guys, you earned it! More
