Disappointed that they didn’t have parts on hand (had to wait an extra day after dropping it off) even though I told them what the error code was and that the part was under an extended warranty. To make it worse, they emailed me a quote with a parts and labor charge for the warranty item, I had to call and make them search for the warranty coverage. As like most dealers, they also recommend service based on the odometer reading without looking at the vehicle and recommend filers and fluids….stuff I had already recently done, but not at the dealership. Good thing I’m an informed consumer. More

The service manager, Jason was awesome. He cleared up a service record that had some missing information. As always Ken Hirn was personable and accommodating.
